Our Yoga 101 class is the perfect Introduction to Yoga and focuses on the fundamentals of yoga including the poses, proper alignment, balance, connection to breath, terminology and so much more.
If you are brand new to yoga, this is the perfect place to start!
Yoga 101 encourages you to grow at your own pace and explore yoga in a fun, safe, comfortable, and judgement-free environment.
The format is open, so students are encouraged to ask questions as the class moves through different yoga poses, meditation, and breathing techniques.

Our Modular program is designed for students interested in obtaining their advanced 300-Hour certification, or students who would like to expand their knowledge by taking individual weekends on specialty topics.
Students may complete their 300-hour certification by completing the 15 modules that they choose, at their pace, within a 5 year time period.
Students interested in expanding their knowledge can choose topics of interest to gain expertise and also to earn CEU credits.
Students who enroll in the full 300-hour program receive the lowest pricing for the course.
Prerequisite: A 200-hour certification is suggested, and is required to register as an RYT-500 with the Yoga Alliance.
Barre Fusion is an all levels body sculpting class that blends basic ballet with the core strengthening techniques of yoga and pilates, to stretch, tone, and lengthen muscles.
Most of the class is performed on the barre or “bar”, hence the name, and accompanied by light weights and props for a total body workout.
Low impact & great for all ages and fitness levels!
PiYo is a blend of pilates and yoga and is a low impact class to help burn fat and sculpt your whole body while minimizing the aches and pains that can come from high impact workouts.
This class will improve your fitness level including your core strength, flexibility, stability, balance, and posture.
Perfect for all ages, all body types, and lots of fun!
Yin Yoga is cooling, calming, deeply relaxing and is designed to lengthen and transform the connective tissue (fascia) of the body, including the ligaments and tendons.
This deep, passive practice settles you into poses for 2-5 minutes, bringing your focus inward. This practice increases flexibility, especially in the spine and hips and is very restorative and rehabilitative for the joints and muscles.
Psychologically, it connects you to your intuitive and creative self. True health and fitness requires a dynamic balance of both yin and yang: of action and repose, of activity and receptivity, of movement and stillness.
This class is appropriate for men and women of all ages, fitness and flexibility levels. Some yoga experience is recommended.
This class is perfect for everyone.
It is an excellent antidote for stress and will leave your body and mind feeling open and refreshed.
Class begins with several deep poses and deep breathing to lengthen the muscles and relax the tensions of the day. Then we enter into a comfortable laying position and into deep relaxation through breathing, gentle music, and guided meditation.
The laying portion of the class slowly and gently flows through relaxed deep postures and breathing, allowing the muscles to come to stillness and relax.
This class style is different from regular yoga classes and is very mellow with a focus on breath and long meditative stretches.

This class offers an outstanding opportunity for pregnant women to engage in safe and appropriate physical activity.
