ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING- RYT-500 & CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES

Prerequisite: RYT-200 Certification

You’ve completed your 200-hour Teacher Training and now you’re ready to fine-tune your skills, develop your
voice more fully, and discover the unique gifts you have to offer as a yoga teacher.

BARRE FUSION

This all-levels body sculpting class blends basic ballet with the core strengthening techniques of yoga and pilates, to stretch, tone and lengthen muscles & burn bodyfat.

A portion of the class is performed on the barre or “bar” hence the name, and is accompanied by light weights and props, for a total body workout.

Low impact and great fat burning and total body sculpting workout for all ages and fitness levels!

SENIOR- STRENGTH & STRETCH

Great for Seniors- All ages and levels welcome!

Strength and Stretch provides a personalized, small-group setting, designed to improve functional movement, and increase flexibility, mobility, and strength, through low impact & safe movement.

PRENATAL YOGA

Great class for expecting moms & anyone else that would like to join!

This class offers a beautiful opportunity for expecting moms to stay active during pregnancy, and engage in safe and appropriate physical activity through all the stages of pregnancy.

MOMMY + BABY & TODDLER

Infants ages 6 weeks+, babies, active crawlers, and walking stage children all welcome! 😊

This unique class combines yoga and play to strengthen your bodies and the bond between you and your little one.
