This unique class combines yoga and play to strengthen your bodies and the bond between you and your little one.
Through flowing movements, energizing postures, and intentional interactions with your little, you will strengthen muscles, improve your digestion, improve your sleep patterns, and help your child progress towards their next stage of development, all while finding peaceful and empowering movement for yourself.
Moms, dads, grandparents, aunt, uncles, etc. are all welcome to attend with littles.
